It was absolutely perfect, the ribs tasted so good and the brisket was juicy with such a beautiful smoked flavour. The atmosphere was very authentic, rustic, American. ”

“ We got so lucky that we made it in time for a late lunch here. The brisket and sides were top notch quality We ordered brisket sandwiches, and a loaded potato. Brisket sandwiches come with chips and drink. Lay's Chips, canned Coca Cola drinks, and brewed ice tea are available. I don't recall seeing sugar to add to the unsweetened tea but you can always mix the sweetened and unsweetened tea to your desired taste. Tea was great! There is an ice chest with clean ice for beverages. Next to the chest is a tray with a metal scoop to use for ice. As travelers, having friendly and efficient service was refreshing. Try it. You won't regret it! (Saw a sign that indicated catering is available.) ”
